7-Remedies-for-Acne-Pimple-Care

A glowing face is one of the most visible features of your pleasant personality, and it is considered as a valuable parameter for romantic attraction. So there is no wonder why most women desire for flawless glowing face.

Lack of sun exposure and too much sun exposure can both spoil your face glow. The sun’s rays provide vitamin D and therefore you need some amount of it for the health of your face skin. However, you should not expose your face to the sun. Cover your face with a high SPF cream, and expose your limbs to the sun instead.

Alcohol and cigarettes are the top skin spoilers as they cause dehydration. Smoking results in the shrinking of capillary blood supply to the delicate areas of facial skin.

If you use too much make-up and foundation, and do not remove it before going to sleep, the face skin does not get time to breathe. Clogged pores are likely to lead to face skin problems: Acne etc.

Diet and Nutrition
Finally its time for proper diet as we always suggested in our every article. The above prevention and home remedies are very helpful but without proper and healthy diet they wont be much effective.

Apples are good because of their vitamins and pectin. Pectin helps absorb unhealthy oils and toxins from the skin and also helps the liver to neutralize skin-damaging toxins.

Fruits like Pomegranates, Oranges, Lemons and Keenu have vitamin C that helps to fight the ageing of your skin. Vitamin C builds the elasticity that is essential for soft, supple, non-wrinkled skin.

Broccoli, spinach, green leafy vegetables and salads provide several vitamins including precursors for vitamin A, which is essential for skin repair.

Carrots, tomatoes and red vegetables – the pigment lycopene found in these vegetables is essential for skin repair.

Almonds and sunflower seeds contain vital oils required for nourishing the skin.

A juice that contains tomato, carrot, ginger, mint and lauki combines several vital vitamins and also has antioxidants that fight skin-damaging free radicals.
All the above are general talks of grannies (Dadi Maa), which are helpful but if still these are not very much effecting then please refer doctor.
